- Partner with hiring teams to deeply understand their goals, ideal candidate profiles, and the skills needed to succeed at Applike Group
- Build and execute a multi-channel sourcing strategy to find and connect with top-tier, passive talent
- Become an expert on the talent market, providing insights and data on market trends, competitor hiring, and talent availability
- Conduct initial screening and qualification calls, providing detailed summaries to the recruiting team
Requirements
- 0-1+ years of experience in a professional setting - whether that's in sales, marketing, consulting, or recruiting
- Professional fluency in English (German is a plus)
- Strong desire to learn and understand the business
- Ability to manage projects and priorities effectively
