Define sourcing strategies based on required skills, roles and locations.
Provide recruitment research, competitive intelligence and analysis.
Source passive candidates using innovative sourcing approaches and social media.
Identify and execute candidate generation strategies and proactively research new recruitment methodologies.
Conduct external benchmarking and talent mappings to understand competitive recruiting landscape.
Utilize ATS tools to capture metrics for all recruiting activities and consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates for leadership roles.
Create and execute unique and effective sourcing strategies and provide market insights to recruiters and leaders.
Requirements
Minimum of 3-5 years of full cycle recruitment, with a strong focus on high-volume recruitment.
Experience working either in a BPO or recruitment agency.
Knowledge of labor market trends and insights into the call center industry.
Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
Excellent research/sourcing skills, including use of Boolean, LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques.
Ability to deliver results across a team environment and effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and candidates.
Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with leaders.
Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a team member who can positively and productively impact strategic and tactical initiatives.
Ability to independently make decisions in a fast-paced, changing environment and anticipate future needs.
Ability to work independently with minimal direction/supervision.
Demonstrated expertise utilizing Microsoft Office, Internet recruiting tools, and Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Advanced internet recruiting and Boolean search string skills.
Knowledgeable of federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
