About the role

  • Drive the recruitment process for assigned openings and build talent pipelines for Insulet’s Omnipod product teams.
  • Partner with hiring managers to provide high level of service in bringing top talent into the organization.
  • Define sourcing strategies based on required skills, roles and locations.
  • Provide recruitment research, competitive intelligence and analysis.
  • Source passive candidates using innovative sourcing approaches and social media.
  • Identify and execute candidate generation strategies and proactively research new recruitment methodologies.
  • Conduct external benchmarking and talent mappings to understand competitive recruiting landscape.
  • Utilize ATS tools to capture metrics for all recruiting activities and consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates for leadership roles.
  • Create and execute unique and effective sourcing strategies and provide market insights to recruiters and leaders.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of full cycle recruitment, with a strong focus on high-volume recruitment.
  • Experience working either in a BPO or recruitment agency.
  • Knowledge of labor market trends and insights into the call center industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • Excellent research/sourcing skills, including use of Boolean, LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques.
  • Ability to deliver results across a team environment and effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and candidates.
  • Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with leaders.
  • Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a team member who can positively and productively impact strategic and tactical initiatives.
  • Ability to independently make decisions in a fast-paced, changing environment and anticipate future needs.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction/supervision.
  • Demonstrated expertise utilizing Microsoft Office, Internet recruiting tools, and Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Advanced internet recruiting and Boolean search string skills.
  • Knowledgeable of federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
  • Results oriented self-starter with demonstrated time management and execution skills.
  • Highly customer service focused and team oriented.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, systems and processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Role model and positive representative of the Company and Human Resources team.
