About the role
- Talent Acquisition Specialist managing the full recruitment cycle for Yassir's People & Culture team in Algeria. Seeking diverse tech and data talents while enhancing employer branding strategies.
Responsibilities
- As part of the recruitment team, you will play a strategic role in building and expanding our teams. In close collaboration with hiring managers, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle for a variety of profiles, primarily in Tech, Data, Product Design and Development.
- Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing the entire recruitment process, from defining the need to contract signing.
- Working with managers to understand their challenges and anticipate future needs.
- Implementing innovative and targeted sourcing strategies to identify top talent in the market.
- Conducting structured interviews and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience aligned with Yassir's values.
- Actively contributing to employer branding strategy, notably through social media and HR events.
- Participating in the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or higher in Human Resources, Management or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in recruitment, ideally in a tech or international environment.
- Strong command of interview techniques and sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Proactive, result-oriented and able to work autonomously.
- Proficiency in French, with a good level of English.
