Talent Acquisition Partner managing full-cycle recruiting for KNAPP, a logistics automation and software company. Focus on sourcing, stakeholder partnership, and high-volume hiring.
Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of disciplines
Partner closely with hiring managers and HR to identify hiring needs
Create effective sourcing strategies and attract high-quality talent
Build a strong knowledge of organizational structure and supported business units
Identify, source, and engage top talent through job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and direct outreach
Manage job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation
Maintain strong communication with candidates, providing timely updates and a positive experience
Coordinate and conduct interviews with team members and HR
Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, staffing partners, and educational institutions
Participate in job fairs, career events, and other networking activities
Analyze hiring metrics and market data to inform and optimize recruiting strategies
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Perform other duties as may be assigned
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from a four-year College or university or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
5 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition Partner role with corporate recruiting
Experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting
Experience in a high-tech environment highly desired
Experience as a generalist recruiter in a high-volume environment preferred
Experience sourcing and closing in a competitive marketplace
Excellent interpersonal, influence, decision-making, negotiation and written and verbal communication skills
Ability to deal with ambiguity, be flexible and adapt to changing environments
Attention to detail with a passion for getting the job done
Occasional travel may be required up to 10%
Authorization to work in the U.S.
