About the role

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of disciplines
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and HR to identify hiring needs
  • Create effective sourcing strategies and attract high-quality talent
  • Build a strong knowledge of organizational structure and supported business units
  • Identify, source, and engage top talent through job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and direct outreach
  • Manage job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation
  • Maintain strong communication with candidates, providing timely updates and a positive experience
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with team members and HR
  • Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, staffing partners, and educational institutions
  • Participate in job fairs, career events, and other networking activities
  • Analyze hiring metrics and market data to inform and optimize recruiting strategies
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year College or university or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • 5 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition Partner role with corporate recruiting
  • Experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting
  • Experience in a high-tech environment highly desired
  • Experience as a generalist recruiter in a high-volume environment preferred
  • Experience sourcing and closing in a competitive marketplace
  • Excellent interpersonal, influence, decision-making, negotiation and written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, be flexible and adapt to changing environments
  • Attention to detail with a passion for getting the job done
  • Occasional travel may be required up to 10%
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Passport or ability to obtain passport
