About the role

  • HR staff providing administrative support in personnel development and recruiting at Hanse Haus, a prominent German prefabricated house company.

Responsibilities

  • Support the existing team with administrative tasks
  • Assist in the hiring process and onboarding of new employees
  • Plan and accompany training and continuing education measures
  • Monitor appointments and actions within company reintegration management (BEM)
  • Maintain data in the learning management system and our recruiting software
  • Contribute to personnel marketing, particularly organizing trade fair visits and company runs
  • General correspondence and support in coordinating with employees, managers and external partners

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/vocational training or comparable qualification
  • Initial experience in HR, event organization or learning/training management is an advantage
  • Confident handling of digital tools and applications
  • Good organizational skills and a structured, independent way of working
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, helpful demeanour
  • Team spirit and willingness to familiarize yourself with new tasks and processes
