About the role

  • Recruiter responsible for talent acquisition in a leading insurance brokerage. Managing recruitment processes and building networks in the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for the structured and targeted recruitment of qualified professionals
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for executives and candidates during the recruitment process
  • Conduct active sourcing and direct outreach to suitable candidates via multiple channels
  • Screen incoming applications and pre-select suitable candidates
  • Conduct structured telephone screening interviews to qualify and shortlist candidates
  • Record and analyze recruiting activities, metrics and costs as part of professional recruitment controlling and reporting
  • Proactively build and maintain networks within the insurance and brokerage industry

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration with a focus on HR, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in recruiting, ideally in the insurance or financial services sector
  • Practical experience in active sourcing and direct approach to professionals and executives
  • Confident use of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms
  • Service-oriented approach to work
  • Comfortable with a strong team spirit and a family-like working environment
