Responsibilities
You independently develop, optimize and oversee the entire recruitment process — from job posting to hiring — and act as the primary point of contact for the hiring departments.
You identify suitable recruiting channels and place the job descriptions you create accordingly.
You demonstrate strong communication skills, in particular through direct outreach to candidates on social media channels.
Screening and pre-qualifying applicants via telephone interviews, as well as organizing and supporting interview processes, are also part of your varied responsibilities.
You manage cooperation with external staffing agencies and negotiate terms.
You are responsible for maintaining and updating our recruiting system, Softgarden.
In collaboration with the other recruiters at DATAGROUP, you develop innovative recruiting strategies and participate in company-wide recruiting projects.
Requirements
Ideally you hold a degree focusing on personnel/human resources management or a commercial vocational qualification, and you have several years of experience in recruiting.
You have experience with direct outreach/active sourcing and are comfortable proactively approaching candidates.
You are motivated to take sole responsibility for your area of work while also enjoying collaborating with experienced recruiting colleagues to develop new strategies.
You present yourself in a persuasive and personable manner and work in a structured, results-oriented way.
You are passionate about recruiting — strong people skills and communication abilities support you in your daily tasks.
You find IT topics interesting and are open to familiarizing yourself with various technical subjects.
Very good written and spoken German (at least C1 level) complete your profile.
