About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the recruiting and onboarding processes
  • Organize and coordinate job interviews
  • Prepare employment contracts and personnel-related documents
  • Organize job and apprenticeship fairs
  • Maintain contact with schools and represent the company

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training
  • Ideally, initial experience in HR or recruiting
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word
  • High level of responsibility
  • Structured and well-organized
