About the role

  • Lead the recruitment process by partnering with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to develop recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including direct sourcing, networking, social media engagement, and referrals, to attract talent.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Pre-screen qualified candidates, facilitate feedback discussions, and extend offers to finalists.
  • Work closely with the recruiting team to create and implement effective sourcing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS and CRM systems.
  • Research and develop talent market intelligence reports to provide impactful labor market insights that inform recruitment strategies.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Intermediate experience as an in-house recruiter or in a recruitment agency.
  • Experience within a corporate full-cycle recruitment team and in recruiting for manufacturing or distribution roles is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Workday, or other large-scale ATS.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Business fluency in English and proficiency in Dutch is required.
