Talent Acquisition Manager handling end-to-end recruiting for the tech sector at Halvotec Group. Establishing sourcing strategies and enhancing recruitment performance.
Responsibilities
End-to-end recruiting: From assessing hiring needs to designing sourcing strategies, conducting pre-screenings, interviews/case assessments, and supporting hiring decisions.
Build active sourcing: Establish a professional approach, proactively attract talent into our talent pool, and act as the point of contact for hiring managers regarding active sourcing.
Profiling: Develop and apply strategies for well-founded and objective hiring decisions, using AI where it meaningfully supports the selection process.
Monitor performance: Track key metrics and trends and derive actions to continuously improve our recruiting strategy.
Requirements
Several years of experience in recruiting and active sourcing, ideally within the tech sector
Excellent communication skills, professional presence, and decisiveness
High level of initiative and drive to push projects forward
Structured, data-driven working style combined with empathy and strong execution focus
Creative and innovative in candidate outreach
Very good German and English language skills (C1).
