About the role

  • End-to-end recruiting: From assessing hiring needs to designing sourcing strategies, conducting pre-screenings, interviews/case assessments, and supporting hiring decisions.
  • Build active sourcing: Establish a professional approach, proactively attract talent into our talent pool, and act as the point of contact for hiring managers regarding active sourcing.
  • Evolve recruiting: Develop innovative recruitment strategies and target-group-oriented employer branding initiatives.
  • Profiling: Develop and apply strategies for well-founded and objective hiring decisions, using AI where it meaningfully supports the selection process.
  • Monitor performance: Track key metrics and trends and derive actions to continuously improve our recruiting strategy.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in recruiting and active sourcing, ideally within the tech sector
  • Excellent communication skills, professional presence, and decisiveness
  • High level of initiative and drive to push projects forward
  • Structured, data-driven working style combined with empathy and strong execution focus
  • Creative and innovative in candidate outreach
  • Very good German and English language skills (C1).
