About the role

  • Develop creative approaches to support the Talent Acquisition roadmap in identifying and attracting qualified, diverse, active, and passive candidates for open positions and future opportunities.
  • Effectively manage, coach, and train Recruiters to deliver excellent results and instill a standard of excellence in the full life cycle hiring process.
  • Identify and leverage internal/external systems and tools for referral generation, internet sourcing, social media, job fairs, networking, and third party assistance.
  • Oversee full lifecycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, providing feedback/recommendations, and assisting candidates through offer negotiations and acceptance.
  • Serve as lead recruiter for critical and confidential leadership positions.
  • Support talent acquisition strategy implementation and high-volume recruiting initiatives.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of previous recruitment experience
  • At least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and talent acquisition technology
  • Ability to manage and inspire a team to achieve recruiting goals and foster a collaborative culture
  • Ability to develop creative talent acquisition strategies to implement effective recruitment plans
  • Strong business acumen to identify the talent needs of the business
  • Ability to proactively identify roadblocks and develop solutions
  • Knowledge of high-volume recruiting, interviewing and selection process required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to work independently without supervision as well as work in a team
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP preferred
  • Hybrid working model; 3 days in office, 2 days teleworking in Irving or Waco, Texas
