About the role

  • Lead talent attraction and hiring across the APAC region
  • Support people strategy, talent development, and employee engagement to ensure a positive employee journey
  • Collaborate with global People & Culture team and report to the APAC HR Manager
  • Build strong candidate pipelines and secure top talent
  • Conduct phone and virtual interviews and assess candidates
  • Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process
  • Maintain and update HR systems and databases

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or above
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience recruiting talent with diverse skill sets, including proven success creating successful recruitment strategies
  • Experience in a generalist human resources role, including but not limited to payroll processing, onboarding/offboarding is a plus
  • Fluent in Chinese to effectively engage with Chinese-speaking candidates across Greater China
  • Knowledge and experience in social media (LinkedIn, social networks, etc.)
  • Action-oriented and proactive, with a proven ability to take ownership of initiatives, ensure timely implementation, and deliver high-quality outcomes; positive attitude towards challenges and embraces change with initiative and self-motivation
  • Demonstrate strong communication, persuasion, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
  • Highly motivated, well-organized self-starter, with determination to make an impact on internal team and business performance
  • Work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment and able to re-prioritize according to the business needs
  • Discreet and able to handle confidential information
