APAC Talent Acquisition Manager leading talent attraction and hiring across the region while supporting people strategy and talent development.
Responsibilities
Lead talent attraction and hiring across the APAC region
Support people strategy, talent development, and employee engagement to ensure a positive employee journey
Collaborate with global People & Culture team and report to the APAC HR Manager
Build strong candidate pipelines and secure top talent
Conduct phone and virtual interviews and assess candidates
Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process
Maintain and update HR systems and databases
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree or above
Minimum 3-5 years of experience recruiting talent with diverse skill sets, including proven success creating successful recruitment strategies
Experience in a generalist human resources role, including but not limited to payroll processing, onboarding/offboarding is a plus
Fluent in Chinese to effectively engage with Chinese-speaking candidates across Greater China
Knowledge and experience in social media (LinkedIn, social networks, etc.)
Action-oriented and proactive, with a proven ability to take ownership of initiatives, ensure timely implementation, and deliver high-quality outcomes; positive attitude towards challenges and embraces change with initiative and self-motivation
Demonstrate strong communication, persuasion, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
Highly motivated, well-organized self-starter, with determination to make an impact on internal team and business performance
Work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment and able to re-prioritize according to the business needs
Discreet and able to handle confidential information
