Build unconventional, multi-dimensional networks across industries.
Architect and continuously improve a world-class recruitment process reflecting our values and commitment to excellence.
Guide, coach, and support hiring teams through interview loops—providing structure, feedback mechanisms, and the latest best practices.
Own and champion the candidate journey: set expectations, communicate proactively, and ensure every interaction is transparent, personalized, and engaging.
Be the main point of contact—removing blockers, aligning communications, and making sure both sides are empowered and informed throughout the process.
Relentlessly review processes and try new ideas. Learn from every hiring cycle and swiftly adapt to raise the bar.
Inspire your stakeholders on the value of exceptional talent and innovative hiring. Advocate for diversity, inclusion, and bold thinking in every aspect of acquiring talent.
Work hand-in-hand with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR partners to constantly refine understanding of current and future talent needs.
Requirements
Proven track record of creatively sourcing and engaging both experienced Managers and high-performing Individual Contributors using methods beyond traditional recruiting.
Demonstrated ability to identify and connect with exceptional talent—especially those with unique backgrounds or unconventional career paths.
Outstanding networking skills across multiple channels and communities.
Data-driven mindset and a relentless drive for continuous improvement.
Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities; able to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
Strong facilitation, organization, and process management skills.
Resourceful, tenacious, curious, and unafraid to challenge the status quo.
Comfortable with digital tools, social media, and modern recruitment technology.
At least 3 years’ high quality experience in talent acquisition or HR across diverse industries (the more variety, the better).
