About the role
- Head of Talent Acquisition to build and scale high-performance recruiting for forex/CFD brokerage. Owns full talent acquisition lifecycle from strategy to execution.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale a high-performance recruiting engine for a fast-growing forex/CFD brokerage
- Own the full talent acquisition lifecycle: strategy, execution, tooling, employer brand, and stakeholder management
- Design and execute an end-to-end TA strategy aligned to business growth plans
- Own headcount planning, intake process, and role calibration with executives
- Personally lead hiring for critical roles
- Build repeatable sourcing channels for Forex-specific roles
- Build, coach, and performance-manage an internal recruiting team + external vendors
- Position the company to attract A-players in a competitive market
- Own ATS/CRM, scorecards, structured interviews, SLAs, dashboards, and hiring governance
- Influence senior stakeholders; drive hiring manager capability
- Ensure recruitment practices align with internal compliance standards
- Track funnel metrics and implement improvements
Requirements
- 7–12+ years in Talent Acquisition with proven leadership (team, vendors, or regional TA ownership)
- Direct, hands-on recruitment experience in Forex/CFD brokerage or closely adjacent (prop trading, fintech trading, liquidity/prime, broker tech)
- Proven success hiring Sales / IB / BD at scale, plus exposure to regulated functions ( Compliance, Risk, Operations, Dealing)
- Strong sourcing capability: LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, talent mapping, competitor intelligence
- Data-driven TA operator: funnels, SLAs, reporting, and process optimization
- Executive presence and the ability to push back with facts and structure
