About the role

  • Recruiter supporting hiring needs for MOJO in the car wash industry. Manages full-cycle recruitment process and builds a diverse workforce across several states.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned roles
  • Post and manage job ads across job boards and social media
  • Source candidates through proactive outreach and community partnerships
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews
  • Collaborate with field leaders to understand staffing needs
  • Attend hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach programs
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Ensure a welcoming and responsive experience for all applicants

Requirements

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish a plus
  • Experience using Paylocity is a plus
  • 2+ years of recruiting or HR experience (preferred in high-volume or hourly roles)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tool
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally
