Requirements
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish a plus
Experience using Paylocity is a plus
2+ years of recruiting or HR experience (preferred in high-volume or hourly roles)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tool
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally
