Responsibilities
What you will do with us: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) you will actively shape our team's continued growth. You will work closely with management and take full responsibility for the recruiting process.
Strategic & operational sourcing: Together with management you will define target profiles and personas, develop appropriate channel strategies (inbound & outbound), and proactively approach talent — especially via LinkedIn, social media and other relevant platforms.
End-to-end recruiting: You will be responsible for the entire recruiting process — from the job posting and managing external partners (e.g. agencies) to conducting initial interviews and maintaining a structured talent pipeline.
Target-group-oriented recruiting: You will develop measures that truly reach our target groups. You think recruitment from the target's perspective: visible, approachable and present where our audiences actually are — not just on classic job boards.
Candidate communication & process management: You will be the contact person for our applicants, manage communication about vacancies and ensure smooth communication throughout the selection process.
Requirements
Experience: You have solid professional experience in HR & recruiting.
Tool expertise: You are proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter or Recruiter Lite and have experience with recruiting channels via Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
Language level: You have excellent communication skills in German.
Structure & flexibility: You are organized, work independently and conscientiously, and can handle the dynamic demands of a startup.
Plus points: Industry knowledge in trades & technical fields: You speak the language of skilled workers in technical environments and understand what matters in these professions to fill our positions successfully.
