Responsibilities
take ownership of the scheduling process, end to end, for evergreen and opportunistic hiring needs
act as a partner for recruiting ops problems and help find solutions through a mix of data, tools, and collaboration
greet candidates onsite in the office to provide a welcoming interview experience
be primary scheduling and interview planner for various Recruiters and Hiring Managers across the teams
use tools like Ashby, ChatGPT, G-Suite to uphold a timely and positive hiring experience
problem solve and adapt to an ever-changing environment while maintaining confidentiality and discretion
manage clear, concise, timely, and professional communication with candidates and hiring partners in written and verbal form
handle candidate reimbursement & travel (domestic and international)
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in calendaring, administrative, customer service, or recruiting roles
strong professional written and verbal communication skills
highly organized and able to prioritize tasks while adapting to changing demands
experience with scheduling tools such as Ashby, ChatGPT, Navan, Envoy, and Ironclad
detail-oriented and proactive in addressing challenges
collaborative mindset and a willingness to enhance coordination processes
discretion when working with senior and executive level candidates
