About the role

- take ownership of the scheduling process, end to end, for evergreen and opportunistic hiring needs
- act as a partner for recruiting ops problems and help find solutions through a mix of data, tools, and collaboration
- greet candidates onsite in the office to provide a welcoming interview experience
- be primary scheduling and interview planner for various Recruiters and Hiring Managers across the teams
- use tools like Ashby, ChatGPT, G-Suite to uphold a timely and positive hiring experience
- problem solve and adapt to an ever-changing environment while maintaining confidentiality and discretion
- manage clear, concise, timely, and professional communication with candidates and hiring partners in written and verbal form
- handle candidate reimbursement & travel (domestic and international)
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in calendaring, administrative, customer service, or recruiting roles
- strong professional written and verbal communication skills
- highly organized and able to prioritize tasks while adapting to changing demands
- experience with scheduling tools such as Ashby, ChatGPT, Navan, Envoy, and Ironclad
- detail-oriented and proactive in addressing challenges
- collaborative mindset and a willingness to enhance coordination processes
- discretion when working with senior and executive level candidates
