About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for recruiting across various teams at Choose. Working to attract top talent in a dynamic startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Attract and recruit top talent for Choose's various teams — Sales, Marketing, Operations, Tech, Product, and Data.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle and oversee HR projects related to hiring and employer branding.
  • Build a clear, structured, and efficient recruitment process.
  • Write and publish compelling job postings in collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Implement sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent (LinkedIn, job boards, events, universities, etc.).
  • Conduct initial interviews and manage candidates throughout the process up to the offer stage.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience.
  • Continuously improve our recruitment practices and processes.
  • Develop and promote Choose's employer brand.
  • Test new approaches and tools to attract talent.
  • Proactively propose ideas and lead recruitment-related projects.
  • Develop, track, and share key recruitment metrics (KPIs).

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition role, ideally within a startup or scale-up environment.
  • You have held a similar role and understand the challenges and expectations of the position.
  • You know how to structure a recruitment process, are proficient with scorecards, and are KPI-driven.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A passion for HR projects and employer brand development; you have led such initiatives in previous roles.
  • Curious, proactive, and able to take initiatives through to completion; you demonstrate creativity and boldness when proposing new ideas.
