Responsibilities
As a Working Student in Talent Acquisition, you will be an important part of our team and play a key role in our growth process.
Your main responsibility is the direct support of the founding team in recruiting.
Your tasks include:
Proactively contributing to our recruiting and talent strategy
Actively sourcing exceptional talent, primarily via LinkedIn and other channels
Conducting requirements analysis (in collaboration with C-level)
Creatively contributing to the design and implementation of guerrilla recruiting tactics
Conducting initial screenings (20-minute first-round interviews) with potential candidates
Requirements
You have strong communication skills in German and English
You have previous experience working in a business context
You can work independently, in a structured and conscientious manner
You can be present at our Hamburg office at least once a week
You can demonstrate that you perform above average in what you do (e.g., excellent grades, extracurricular commitment, personal projects, etc.)
You are currently enrolled as a student at a German university/college
Nice to have: experience with talent sourcing and related tools (e.g., applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter)
