About the role

  • Ensure smooth execution of transactional recruiting tasks
  • Support requisition movement, candidate engagement, and administrative workflows
  • Assist with sourcing passive candidates and sending branded outreach communications
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, hiring events, and recruiting projects
  • Provide operational support to the Talent Acquisition team

Requirements

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated ability to work with recruiting software, run reports, and summarize results
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional presence and ability to represent Integris Health and open roles positively to candidates
  • 1+ years of experience in healthcare or recruiting operations preferred
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
