- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated ability to work with recruiting software, run reports, and summarize results
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional presence and ability to represent Integris Health and open roles positively to candidates
- 1+ years of experience in healthcare or recruiting operations preferred
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
