Use data and metrics to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and continuously improve recruitment strategies.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Talent Search team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Proven experience in a Talent Search or Recruiter role, preferably in a fast-paced, global organization.
Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying current with talent acquisition trends.
Cultural awareness and sensitivity in a diverse hiring environment.
