Responsibilities
You are responsible for the system and specialist administration of IT systems in the market communication environment: B2B by practice (middleware with a focus on utility/provider environments)
Support of AS4 communication and API services
Integration and communication with third-party systems
You independently handle customer support requests in accordance with the relevant technical guidelines
You assist in planning, implementing and testing IT application systems
You can work on innovations within projects and incorporate the insights gained from daily support
You independently check the performance, currency and operational readiness of the applications in your area of responsibility (housekeeping)
You ensure reliable and consistent data backups of archived messages
You identify incidents and can initiate measures to resolve them
Requirements
You have a completed vocational or university qualification in computer science, business informatics or a related field, or equivalent vocational training with professional experience
Ideally, you have knowledge of and interest in Java and SQL
You have strong communication skills and business-fluent German, both written and spoken
You are characterized by a systematic, independent, customer- and solution-oriented working style
