About the role

  • Systemadministrator ACD addressing 2nd- & 3rd-Level-Support needs for IT services across 6,000 colleagues. Responsible for ACD systems from installation to maintenance while fostering technology input.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, plan, and prepare the deployment of new technologies
  • Responsible for the installation of ACD systems (from development and design through assembly and commissioning)
  • Operate and maintain ACD systems (administration, maintenance, and upkeep)
  • Handle incident reports in 2nd-level support and coordinate 3rd-level support when necessary

Requirements

  • University degree in information technology (or equivalent) or completed vocational training in information/communication technology
  • Initial professional experience and knowledge in ACD technology, IT and network engineering, and programming/scripting languages
  • Good German and English skills (at least B2 level)
