About the role

  • Substation Administrative Coordinator supporting organization and administrative duties for Substation Services project team. Involves document control, material procurement, and compliance assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Substation Services project team with organization and administrative duties
  • Assist with the material procurement process, ensuring POs, phase codes, and job numbers are utilized
  • Draft, submit, and distribute project-specific or customer reports, submittals, Requests for Information (RFIs), and subcontracts after review and approval by the project manager
  • Assist project team with applicable permits(customer, city, utility)
  • Interface with and organize project-specific document control systems (Procore, Viewpoint, SharePoint)

Requirements

  • High School diploma minimum with college classes or degree preferred
  • Knowledge or experience of Electric Utility industry (Substation preferred) or construction industry is desirable
  • Proficient in MS Office applications with strong skills in Excel, Word, and MS Project
  • A 'can-do' attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to collaborate effectively with various teams
