About the role
- Develop a deep understanding of the TechSee platform (visual AI, LLMs, AR) to solve customer service challenges
- Collaborate with sales to conduct technical discovery sessions and identify customer pain points
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to technical and business stakeholders
- Design, build, and manage proof of concepts (POCs) and pilot projects
- Act as primary technical point of contact throughout the sales cycle, addressing technical questions and objections
- Create and maintain technical documentation (solution designs, architecture diagrams, implementation guides)
- Provide market feedback to product and engineering teams to help shape roadmap
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer) in a SaaS environment
- Strong expertise in cloud-based software, APIs, and modern web technologies
- Experience with AI, machine learning, or augmented reality is a significant plus
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to architect creative technical solutions
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented sales environment
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced startup
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
