About the role
- Sales Solution Engineer assisting OEM partners in integrating IT-Security solutions. Responsibilities include technical consultation, sales support, and relationship building with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Technical consultation and support for OEM partners throughout the sales process
- Analysis of customer requirements and development of suitable integration scenarios
- Conducting product demos, workshops and technical presentations
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, integration guides and use cases
- Close collaboration with Sales, Product Management and Engineering
- Support for proofs-of-concept (PoCs) and pilot projects
- Relay partner feedback to internal teams for product improvement
- Building long-term, trust-based relationships with technical stakeholders and sales teams on the partner side
- Sustainable revenue growth through your close relationships with our OEM partners
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, IT Security, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
- Experience in technical sales or in solution development for software products
- Knowledge of IT security, software integration and APIs (REST, SDKs, etc.)
- Strong communication skills — able to explain complex technical topics clearly
- Independent, solution-oriented working style with a high standard of quality
- Business-fluent German and English
