About the role

  • Sales Solution Engineer assisting OEM partners in integrating IT-Security solutions. Responsibilities include technical consultation, sales support, and relationship building with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Technical consultation and support for OEM partners throughout the sales process
  • Analysis of customer requirements and development of suitable integration scenarios
  • Conducting product demos, workshops and technical presentations
  • Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, integration guides and use cases
  • Close collaboration with Sales, Product Management and Engineering
  • Support for proofs-of-concept (PoCs) and pilot projects
  • Relay partner feedback to internal teams for product improvement
  • Building long-term, trust-based relationships with technical stakeholders and sales teams on the partner side
  • Sustainable revenue growth through your close relationships with our OEM partners

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT Security, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in technical sales or in solution development for software products
  • Knowledge of IT security, software integration and APIs (REST, SDKs, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills — able to explain complex technical topics clearly
  • Independent, solution-oriented working style with a high standard of quality
  • Business-fluent German and English
