About the role
- Own technical relationships with customers and prospects and evangelize integration concepts
- Drive, design, stage and own Proof of Concepts for identified sales opportunities
- Lead long (6 months+) and complex sales cycles autonomously
- Present ideas and concepts to technical audiences and produce customer demonstrations
- Review client code, provide integration examples, and advise on application/deployment architectures
- Perform pre- and post-production technical assessments of customer deployments as part of sales support
- Assist and further technical relationships within customer accounts and prospects
- Lead the customer through selection and implementation journey and coordinate with CSM and PS teams
- Mentor other team members and potentially take on a management role
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree, ideally in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
- Master’s in science, Business or Engineering an asset
- 5+ years experience in technology/presales/technical strategy consulting roles in multiple verticals
- Eligibility to work in Indonesia
- Domain knowledge of one or more verticals
- Experience as an Engineering Leader in a technology firm
- Ability to articulate technical concepts to CTOs/CIOs and Developers
- Solid presentation and white-boarding skills
- Stakeholder engagement and technical leadership experience
- Presales experience an asset
- Messaging Middleware/Integration knowledge (IBM MQ, TIBCO EMS/RV, Kafka, Rabbit, ActiveMQ, etc.)
- Enterprise Integration Patterns and Solution architecture experience an asset
- Knowledge of digital patterns, application lifecycle management, continuous integration
- Application Integration with Java, JavaScript, ESB/API tools and/or C++/C
- Experience with Integration Platforms (Boomi, Mulesoft, Workato, SAP Integration Suite)
- Working experience with Docker, Kubernetes, PaaS platforms
- Overall industry knowledge about Cloud, IoT, Big Data, Digital, networking
