About the role
- Project managing Enterprise level clients in the UK and delivering implementations with BG Implementation Specialist support for technical setup
- Supporting sales and acting as a solutions engineer to help and advise clients
- Creating tailored implementation plans and Gantt charts for client meetings and sales pitches
- Aligning innovative strategies with technology and providing creative, customised solutions within product capabilities and contract scope
- Designing and delivering presentations on proposed solutions
- Ensuring all projects are delivered on time per project timelines and service start date in T&Cs
- Communicating and evaluating solution options to aid client decision-making
- Working with clients to determine appropriate implementation and launch plans and acting as Client Champion during implementation
- Maintaining client relationships during projects
- Testing and troubleshooting final system setups and implementation/project plans
- Collaborating with Sales and Service teams to explain technical details
- Ensuring customer database (Salesforce) and GuideCX are accurate and up to date
- Developing technical knowledge of product capabilities and maintaining Demo Hubs
- Reports to Enterprise Implementation Team Manager; Fixed-term maternity cover role
Requirements
- Proven successful client-facing and/or project management experience
- Proficient communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to plan and prioritise with good time management skills
- Adept at building rapport and dealing confidently with stakeholders, successfully building internal and external relationships
- Proven ability to work independently whilst being team-oriented, collaborating comfortably with different teams in the business
- A willingness to invest time and energy into learning new things and developing your skills
