About the role

• Project Manager leading development and management of 'Love That' social series across multiple platforms. Collaborating with teams to ensure timely and impactful delivery from creative to production.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end project management of the **“Love That” social series**
• Coordinate across internal teams (creative, business units and product teams, production, social, design) and external partners to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure creative consistency and brand alignment across all content.
• Track performance metrics, audience engagement and campaign success, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimisation.
• Troubleshoot challenges and proactively propose solutions to keep the project on track.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders involved in the series.

Requirements

• Experience in project management experience, preferably in digital campaigns, or media production.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g.Monday.com).
• Understanding of social media platforms, formats, and best practices.
• Ability to translate creative ideas into structured plans and timelines.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
• Experience working with creative agencies, talent, or production crews.
