Responsibilities
Coordinate transformation projects (SQUAD) ensuring alignment with business objectives
Develop and maintain integrated project plans, sprint backlogs, and reporting dashboards using agile frameworks.
Monitor project KPIs, adoption metrics, and team performance, providing actionable insights.
Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and promote ways of working within squads.
Support in reinventing processes, designing activities, mapping implications on WoWs, and liaising with HR to address impacts.
Collaborate with 3rd-party agencies and internal teams to maximize value and mitigate risks.
Drive adoption of process transformation, defining and implementing change management plans.
Champion the adoption of agile methodologies, AI and agentic tools.
Requirements
Project & Transformation Management ability to plan, coordinate and execute projects with a focus on capability building, digital transformation, and smooth transitions through process design and risk analysis.
Business Alignment & Performance ability to ensure transformation initiatives are linked to organizational goals, driving measurable outcomes, monitoring adoption, and align with business achievements.
Agile Expertise & Tools Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) with coaching ability, supported by proficiency in project management reporting and collaboration tools (Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence).
Interpersonal & Analytical Skills Excellent communication, stakeholder management, influencing, and problem-solving skills, combined with analytical strength, learning agility, curiosity, and the ability to collaborate effectively in cross‑functional, international teams.
