About the role

  • Provide administrative and operational support for a team or department
  • Gather, verify, and input data accurately into reports, presentations, and internal systems
  • Prepare and maintain documentation such as correspondence, invoices, and departmental procedures
  • Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and departmental activities
  • Assist with data collection, analysis, and report generation to support business decisions
  • Respond to and redirect internal and external inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Support departmental improvement projects and process documentation efforts
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including Health, Safety, and Environmental standards

Requirements

  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience
  • Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience
  • Experience providing administrative or data support in an office or operational environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and database systems
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to accuracy and detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Customer-focused mindset with a collaborative team approach
  • Working knowledge of data analysis or visualization tools is an asset
