Own the end to end recruitment process for tech hiring in Manila, plus other departments when needed
Responsible for developing and executing on sourcing strategies that deliver the strongest results and make sure we’re bringing top talent into the business
Ability to understand what the company does and how each role fits into the business - qualifying quality candidates against the company, role and team culture
Partner with hiring managers - building trust, keeping them updated on the talent market, implementing their feedback, giving advice when needed, demonstrating an understanding of their hiring needs and keeping them informed when hiring
Work as part of a global TA team - while you will spend most of your day working independently, you also have a team to support you
Provide a world-class candidate experience - our company culture is demonstrated from the first contact
Drive social activity increasing brand awareness
Keep records updated, providing input for important reporting metrics and always trying to improve the recruitment process
Manage up - knowing when to escalate potential issues, communicating with your manager and asking for support before it’s too late
Requirements
Previous experience hiring for tech talent (mainly software developers) in an in-house recruitment role
Strong background in headhunting, sourcing and building talent pipelines
Able to influence and work with a wide range of stakeholders
High attention to detail when working with the ATS
A passion for delivering a stellar candidate experience
The ability to see every obstacle as an opportunity for a new, creative solution
Ability to smile and laugh whilst working under pressure, and juggling multiple hiring objectives
