About the role

  • (Senior) Solution Sales Manager responsible for acquiring new clients and providing tailored IT solutions. Focus on cloud, Microsoft technologies, and fostering long-term business relationships with a dedicated team.

Responsibilities

  • You acquire new clients, maintain existing relationships, and develop tailored IT solutions together with our specialist team
  • You manage and support existing customers and are responsible for acquiring and developing new customers
  • You independently assess the needs of SMEs and large enterprises and provide comprehensive advice on modern IT solutions — with a focus on cloud, Microsoft technologies, and digital workplace solutions
  • You develop bespoke solutions considering technical, financial, and organizational aspects
  • You create solution concepts in close collaboration with our IT consultants who support pre-sales
  • You are responsible for the entire sales cycle, including maintaining sales opportunities in the CRM system

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in solution sales within the IT sector, specifically in cloud and Microsoft technologies, as well as application deployment and consulting services
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with decision-makers to be perceived as a trusted advisor and partner
  • Deep understanding of industry-specific needs, challenges, and obligations
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships and networks
  • Excellent technical understanding with strong IT affinity, a self-driven work style, and entrepreneurial thinking
