Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of direct clients and agencies, primarily in Munich and the surrounding area, as well as in selected regions of Austria and Northern Italy.
Expand existing accounts and proactively acquire new clients.
Provide strategic, holistic consulting — from media planning to campaign execution.
Own the entire sales process from proposal creation to poster installation, including after-sales activities.
Present the analogue and digital advertising portfolio as well as programmatic advertising products, and develop tailored solutions for clients.
Actively participate in business and networking events and accompany clients to relevant industry events.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales environment, ideally in the media industry, preferably in Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising, and/or in B2B sales of complex consultative services/products.
Experience advising business clients at all levels.
Ideally have worked with agencies or marketing departments and bring a corresponding network.
Proactive, confident communication — from media planners to C-level executives.
Willingness to travel for regional client meetings and events (1–2 times per month).
Proficient in common MS Office applications.
Excellent German and good English skills.
