About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own Customer Relationships: Build and nurture strategic partnerships with Amazon.
  • Optimize Amazon Platforms: Leverage data insights and strategies to drive traffic.
  • Monitor Amazon Trends: Analyze market dynamics and identify new opportunities.
  • Develop Key Growth Strategies: Build and execute strategies for intermediaries and omnichannel customers.
  • Drive Collaborative Business Planning: Foster partnerships to identify opportunities and drive results.
  • Innovate with Bottling Partners and Distributors: Ensure alignment between priorities and distribution.
  • Lead the Digital Agenda: Align efforts with consumer shopping behavior trends.
  • Leverage Cross-Functional Expertise: Collaborate across marketing, supply chain, and finance teams.
  • Deliver Operational Excellence: Remove barriers to execution ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • At least 8 years of sales leadership experience within the beverage or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry
  • Significant exposure to Amazon, Intermediaries, and Omnichannel platforms
  • Deep understanding of ecommerce platforms, shopper behavior analytics, and customer growth strategies
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and spearhead complex projects
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data insights
  • Ability to address challenges through collaboration, innovation, and solutions-focused approaches
  • Expertise in fostering and enhancing partnerships with decision-makers across Amazon, intermediaries, omnichannel platforms, and distributors
  • This role requires up to 25% travel.
