• Build strong relationships with internal and external customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years of management experience.
• 2+ years of project management experience preferred.
• ITIL Fundamentals Certification preferred.
• Proven success in marketing new products and services.
• Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• High-level understanding of technology including networks, security, and print infrastructure.
