Lead Qualification & Pipeline Management Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on commercial potential and strategic fit. Progress qualified opportunities through the sales pipeline toward conversion, ensuring timely and appropriate engagement throughout the process.
Client Engagement & Deal Closure Initiate and lead engagement with prospective clients, with the objective of securing formal business relationships. Present ONE.io’s services effectively to senior decision-makers, negotiate commercial terms where appropriate, and drive successful deal closure.
Account Onboarding Support Facilitate the smooth transition of new business opportunities to ONE.io’s internal onboarding teams. Support clients through the onboarding process to ensure high conversion rates and positive commercial outcomes. Provide comprehensive handovers to ONE.io ’s Customer Success team to ensure successful client relationships post client set-up
Representation at Key Industry Events Attend selected events (as agreed in advance) to represent ONE.io, build pipeline, and convert event-driven opportunities into commercial relationships.
Reporting & Opportunity Tracking Maintain clear and timely reporting on the status of key opportunities, pipeline progress, and market insights that may impact ONE.io’s commercial strategy. Developing a second-to-none understanding of the industries we operate in, and what our clients are looking for, to best inform our Marketing and Product teams
Requirements
Demonstrable experience in sales/business development, with outperformance in sourcing new business, converting leads to high-quality accounts, and achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets
Strong understanding and interest in financial services and/or cryptocurrency, along with experience in one of our key customer verticals (gaming, crypto, and complex/offshore structures)
A strong personal network which will allow you to succeed from Day 1
Experience within a FinTech, start-up, or high-growth environment is a plus
Understanding of best practices when it comes to building and managing a sales pipeline
