About the role

  • Sales Manager at Clarkson Kia opening a new dealership, leading team and operations. Driving sales performance and ensuring outstanding customer experiences at the new state-of-the-art location.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team daily to achieve performance targets
  • Monitor performance and implement strategies to drive results
  • Provide coaching, training, and ongoing performance support
  • Oversee the full sales process and ensure compliance with standards
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless handovers and delivery
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction (csi) goals
  • Contribute to building a positive, high-performance culture from opening day

Requirements

  • Proven leadership and communication experience within automotive sales
  • Strong understanding of the retail sales process
  • Commercially minded with a performance-driven approach
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Current driver’s licence and full Australian working rights
  • Motor Vehicle Yard Managers Licence is essential.
