Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team daily to achieve performance targets
Monitor performance and implement strategies to drive results
Provide coaching, training, and ongoing performance support
Oversee the full sales process and ensure compliance with standards
Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless handovers and delivery
Achieve and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction (csi) goals
Contribute to building a positive, high-performance culture from opening day
Requirements
Proven leadership and communication experience within automotive sales
Strong understanding of the retail sales process
Commercially minded with a performance-driven approach
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Current driver’s licence and full Australian working rights
Motor Vehicle Yard Managers Licence is essential.
