Responsibilities
Define, implement and lead the commercial strategy in alignment with the group's objectives
Analyze the market, identify growth opportunities (new segments, customers, geographic areas) and contribute to the development of new varieties in collaboration with the product development team
Ensure a high level of customer knowledge and satisfaction by understanding their technical and commercial needs
Develop and retain a portfolio of strategic customers, as well as prospect and win new clients
Coordinate and work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer service and product teams
Build and maintain sustainable strategic partnerships with key partners
Monitor commercial performance using KPIs, prepare reports and propose action plans
Participate in setting financial objectives as well as managing, monitoring and controlling the budget
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
Strong background in sales and/or marketing, with experience in key account management
Deep knowledge of the agriculture sector, ideally the seed market
Experience in market analysis, reporting and budget management
Strategic vision, results orientation and strong commercial acumen
Excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills
University degree in agronomic engineering or equivalent education
