About the role

  • Sales Specialist handling customer inquiries related to the repair business for KONE. Involving offer preparation, order processing, and customer assistance in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer inquiries in the repair business
  • Prepare and process quotations and orders
  • Responsible for follow-up
  • Handle invoice disputes and customer complaints
  • Maintain all relevant quotation and order data in the system
  • Obtain price information for materials and services
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., Industrial Clerk) or a technical vocational qualification, or an equivalent qualification
  • Confident user of MS Office, SAP, Salesforce
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Enjoy working in a team
  • Good knowledge of German
  • Very independent, self-driven working style
