Responsibilities
Process customer inquiries in the repair business
Prepare and process quotations and orders
Responsible for follow-up
Handle invoice disputes and customer complaints
Maintain all relevant quotation and order data in the system
Obtain price information for materials and services
Respond to internal and external inquiries
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., Industrial Clerk) or a technical vocational qualification, or an equivalent qualification
Confident user of MS Office, SAP, Salesforce
Strong communication skills
Organizational skills
Enjoy working in a team
Good knowledge of German
Very independent, self-driven working style
