Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales and renewal targets.
  • Lead consultative sales engagements, tailoring presentations and proposals to client-specific needs.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge and articulate value through ROI justification.
  • Leverage market intelligence to inform territory strategy and identify growth opportunities.
  • Resolve customer issues with professionalism and urgency to maintain strong relationships.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and report performance.
  • Drive strategic initiatives in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Use sales automation tools and data insights to accelerate sales cycles.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of successful SaaS sales experience in an Account Executive or Senior Sales role.
  • Expertise in consultative selling and navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Strong prospecting, closing, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • High proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach with a continuous learning mindset.
  • High integrity and a strong understanding of sales ethics.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
