About the role

  • Assist the Global Sales and Retention Manager in performance management of the sales and retention teams.
  • Focus on maximising save rates of global magazine subscribers and retaining existing customers to maximise value and reduce turnover.
  • Oversee daily running of the Global Cancel Save team and report to the Sales and Retention Team Leader.
  • Manage a team of sales and retention professionals to reach targets and ensure successful performance against KPIs.
  • Mentor, coach, and motivate a team of Sales & Retention specialists to achieve personal and team targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries, objections, and escalations related to subscription cancellations.

Requirements

  • Experience in a sales or retention role, with experience achieving targets.
  • Leadership and coaching abilities, with experience motivating and developing teams.
  • Experience within a customer service facing role.
  • Experience delivering performance improvements through development of both people and processes.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
