About the role

  • You monitor the market and acquire new partner companies for corplife Benefits
  • You consult with leads in the lifestyle sector (hospitality, wellness, leisure, sports, and more) and close deals
  • You analyze the needs and campaign objectives of potential advertising partners in strategic meetings
  • You conduct proposal and contract negotiations, including pricing
  • You proactively reach out to potential new partners

Requirements

  • Commercial/business training or initial professional experience in sales — ideally in software sales or the HR-tech sector
  • You enjoy working with people, are communicative, and take pleasure in convincing customers of digital solutions with strong negotiation skills
  • You want not only to meet but to exceed targets — and see challenges as opportunities
  • You enjoy working in a team, take responsibility, and tackle tasks proactively
  • You think entrepreneurially, act analytically, and continuously look for smart solutions
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce
