Responsibilities
You monitor the market and acquire new partner companies for corplife Benefits
You consult with leads in the lifestyle sector (hospitality, wellness, leisure, sports, and more) and close deals
You analyze the needs and campaign objectives of potential advertising partners in strategic meetings
You conduct proposal and contract negotiations, including pricing
You proactively reach out to potential new partners
Requirements
Commercial/business training or initial professional experience in sales — ideally in software sales or the HR-tech sector
You enjoy working with people, are communicative, and take pleasure in convincing customers of digital solutions with strong negotiation skills
You want not only to meet but to exceed targets — and see challenges as opportunities
You enjoy working in a team, take responsibility, and tackle tasks proactively
You think entrepreneurially, act analytically, and continuously look for smart solutions
Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce
