About the role

  • You research and qualify potential customers (prospecting)
  • You conduct outbound calls — always with a clear structure and objective
  • You use tools such as Amplemarket, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot and AI-powered workflows
  • You test new messaging approaches and determine what really works — always data-driven
  • You work closely with the Head of Marketing, the founders and our AE team

Requirements

  • You aren't afraid to pick up the phone — in fact, you're eager to do so
  • You speak fluent German and are confident using English in a work context
  • You're persistent, don't give up at the first “not interested” and follow up
  • You have the drive to seriously develop your sales skills — not just as a side gig
  • You work in a structured, data-driven way, are proactive and want to actively contribute to growth
  • Initial experience in outbound sales, recruiting or a startup environment is a plus
