About the role

  • Lead marketing strategy and execution for all new developments from concept and pre-leasing through full stabilization
  • Serve as primary marketing partner to Development and Design teams on positioning, naming, identity, signage, and visual brand development
  • Oversee and align Paid Digital and Creative teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and performance-driven campaigns
  • Develop and manage comprehensive go-to-market plans including naming, branding, media planning, digital campaigns, social content, on-site materials, and launch activations
  • Conduct market and competitive research to guide positioning, pricing support, and audience targeting
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships to ensure timely, high-quality execution
  • Partner with Leasing and Operations to drive traffic, leads, and conversions through data-informed strategies
  • Define and track KPIs to monitor campaign success and optimize performance
  • Mentor and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration and creative innovation
  • Stay current with trends in digital marketing, real estate branding, and consumer behavior

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of progressive experience in real estate marketing, with a focus on new development, lease-ups, or brand launches
  • Deep understanding of multifamily or mixed-use development
  • Strong experience partnering with design and development teams
  • Proven leadership over cross-functional marketing teams, including paid media and creative
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills
  • Demonstrated success in launching integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable results
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s degree a plus)
