Lead marketing strategy and execution for all new developments from concept and pre-leasing through full stabilization
Serve as primary marketing partner to Development and Design teams on positioning, naming, identity, signage, and visual brand development
Oversee and align Paid Digital and Creative teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and performance-driven campaigns
Develop and manage comprehensive go-to-market plans including naming, branding, media planning, digital campaigns, social content, on-site materials, and launch activations
Conduct market and competitive research to guide positioning, pricing support, and audience targeting
Manage agency and vendor relationships to ensure timely, high-quality execution
Partner with Leasing and Operations to drive traffic, leads, and conversions through data-informed strategies
Define and track KPIs to monitor campaign success and optimize performance
Mentor and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration and creative innovation
Stay current with trends in digital marketing, real estate branding, and consumer behavior
Requirements
8–10+ years of progressive experience in real estate marketing, with a focus on new development, lease-ups, or brand launches
Deep understanding of multifamily or mixed-use development
Strong experience partnering with design and development teams
Proven leadership over cross-functional marketing teams, including paid media and creative
Exceptional communication and project management skills
Demonstrated success in launching integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable results
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s degree a plus)
