Responsibilities

Oversee budget management, optimizing media spend across channels to meet revenue targets and ensure cost efficiency.
Define and implement geo-expansion strategies, identifying new markets and scaling performance in key regions.
Lead testing and optimisation, managing A/B tests for creative and landing pages to drive higher conversion rates and engagement.
Shape our social growth strategy with our Community team.
Collaborate with our Partnership & Merchandising team on marketing campaigns.
Utilise data from attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer, Singular, Gamesight, and Google Analytics to drive continual improvements in campaign strategy.
Report on campaign performance, turning insights into actionable recommendations for both marketing and executive stakeholders.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in performance marketing with proven success in gaming.
Hands-on experience with major ad platforms and marketing channels including Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and DSPs.
Experience designing and executing influencer marketing campaigns that drive measurable performance, engagement and brand awareness.
Results focused, with demonstratable success of driving product growth at scale through paid media campaigns.
Proficiency with attribution tools such as AppsFlyer, Singular, Gamesight, and Google Analytics.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Sharp focus on ROI and efficiency, with experience optimising campaigns against departmental and business KPIs.
