About the role

  • Lead design and execution of People programs for Capchase, a vendor financing platform in tech. Drive performance and engagement in a diverse, scaling organization.

Responsibilities

  • You’ll lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of key People programs and processes.
  • Act as the key People team contact for managers and employees to navigate employee challenges and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with and support the Head of People on developing the People Team Strategy at Capchase.
  • Partner with the Head of People to deliver global talent initiatives including promotions, reviews and compensation processes.
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes from onboarding and integration through separations.
  • Lead the learning and development programming and initiatives at Capchase, focusing on the needs of both managers and employees.
  • Partner with the Head of People and Finance team to drive the annual compensation and benchmarking cycles.
  • Review and develop the company’s HR policies and procedures.
  • Own and develop the reporting and analytics strategy that supports talent processes and workflows as well as manage HRIS - provide reporting, metrics, and insights to inform our People decisions.
  • Contribute to special projects related to organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and overall employee experience.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience working on a People team as a HR Business Partner and or People Operations manager in a global/matrix environment.
  • Strong program and project management skills with a track record of owning People processes end-to-end.
  • Excellent organizational and execution skills - able to balance multiple global programs simultaneously.
  • Working knowledge of Spanish labor law and HR compliance practices; experience supporting EMEA operations is strongly preferred.
  • Analytical mindset and experience leveraging HRIS and people data for insights and reporting.
  • Effective communicator with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Fluent English and Spanish (verbal & written) is required.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-moving, scaling organization.
