Senior Marketing Operations Associate executing marketing campaigns across platforms for ShopBack. Collaborating with teams and optimizing marketing assets in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Work in tandem with the Campaign Manager to deliver effective campaigns.
Responsible for the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
Coordinate the scheduling of onsite marketing assets to ensure optimal exposure for all deals secured by the Business Development team.
Manage and maintain marketing assets across ShopBack’s ecosystem, including the app, website, and browser extension.
Collaborate with the Graphic Design team to prepare campaign visuals and promotional materials.
Assist in the execution of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities.
Troubleshoot and proactively resolve operational issues in partnership with multiple stakeholders.
Continuously optimise platform assets by monitoring performance metrics and user engagement.
Requirements
2–3 years of relevant work experience, ideally within the e-commerce or fintech industry.
Proficient in English.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred.
Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
Proactive and takes initiative in resolving issues swiftly and independently.
Detail-oriented and capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
Possesses a positive attitude and strong interpersonal communication skills.
Open to working on shift schedules.
Demonstrated use of Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Cursor) to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale.
