About the role

  • Support the development and implementation of B2B student recruitment campaigns to build brand awareness, interest and leads (key channels: email, website, webinar, social and digital)
  • Deliver marketing activities to promote and generate leads for QS student recruitment events and digital advertising
  • Work across marketing, sales, product and business units to ensure plans are aligned
  • Brief marketing tasks into the service teams (creative, content, paid advertising) with clear direction, deadlines and constructive feedback
  • Support the project management of marketing plans and use ClickUp to manage and coordinate tasks
  • Support the operational delivery of marketing activities, e.g. webinars and email marketing
  • Evaluate and report the performance of marketing activities and campaigns during and post-delivery and suggest optimisations
  • Monitor, track and analyse lead scoring and identify improvements to improve SLAs and conversion
  • Suggest and test new ideas, including automations and application of AI tools, to achieve campaign objectives and support sales and product
  • Keep internal stakeholders up-to-date with marketing campaign activities via emails, meetings and presentations
  • Act as a flexible team member supporting the Institutional and wider marketing team when needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar marketing role within Higher Education sector or EdTech (Essential)
  • Understanding of marketing channels (website, social media, email marketing, paid digital advertising)
  • Experience working with a diverse range of stakeholders remotely around the world
  • High level of attention to detail and demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • Ability to turn complex ideas and information into simple storytelling
  • Confident at monitoring, evaluating and optimising systems, processes and marketing activities
  • Understanding of CRM systems and email marketing experience – writing, building and sending emails
  • Confident in using systems such as Teams, HubSpot, WordPress, ClickUp or Zoom (or similar)
  • Experienced at working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with the ability to quickly adapt plans
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
  • Permission/legal right to live and work in the job location (app asks applicants)
