About the role

  • Develop and deliver strategic design, improvements, and optimization of ServiceNow for Integrated Risk Management (IRM) across Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Internal Audit (IA) processes and workflows
  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous optimization of ServiceNow workflows and capabilities, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices
  • Bring optimal Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) approaches for inclusion in day-to-day workflows as well as enterprise expansion use cases to deliver performance and value
  • Oversee agile delivery practices, manage product backlogs, and define clear, actionable requirements
  • Ensure scalable, sustainable solutions through platform governance and configuration standards
  • Champion a culture of innovation by evaluating and implementing AI and automation opportunities to simplify cross-enterprise risk workflows
  • Develop and maintain a forward-looking ServiceNow roadmap
  • Communicate vision and secure executive alignment for platform enhancements and strategic initiatives
  • Oversee robust testing protocols and lead change management efforts to ensure high-quality, low-disruption platform improvements
  • Drive user engagement through education, documentation, and training programs that promote adoption and maximize platform value
  • Represent Risk and Audit in ServiceNow governance forums, advocating for visibility, vendor alignment, and optimal resource allocation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Risk Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Professional certifications such as CRISC, CISA, or CFA desired
  • 7–10 years of experience implementing and managing GRC/IRM platforms in financial services
  • ServiceNow experience highly preferred; experience with Archer, MetricStream, AuditBoard, or similar platforms will be considered
  • Deep understanding of risk frameworks, audit methodologies, and control functions
  • Proven success in agile methodologies and project management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, cross-functional, global environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
